The Challenge Stradale was developed by Ferrari to be a track oriented version of the 360 Modena. As with any good track car, a focus was placed on improving handling, reducing weight and improving brake performance. To accomplish these goals Ferrari utilized light weight materials, carbon fiber and lexan plastic, and removed sound deadening material. Carbon ceramic brakes were borrowed from the Enzo and Pirelli P Zero Rosso tires were installed as standard equipment. An extra 20 horsepower was extracted from the 3.6L V8 engine and tweaks were made to the steering and throttle mapping. The result was a 360 capable of lapping the Fiorano test track an impressive 3.5s faster then the standard Modena.

This Challenge Stradale was purchased by the current owner in July 2013. It shows no evidence of track use and has a clean CARFAX vehicle history report. It looks and feels like a low mileage Ferrari should. Seriously for sale, this 360 CS is priced at $219,995 or best offer.
